Mobile Phones –

We are not completely opposed to you using your mobile phone while in the salon,  we are more than aware you may need to be available for your family or business, all we ask is you respect the other guests in your vicinity, they may have made their appointment for a little mindfulness and to escape their own Mobile Phone.

We work very hard to make your visit and others as relaxing and professional as possible, Mobile Phones can not only be very distracting to others but also you and your therapist, which may impinge on the treatment you receive.

Please be thoughtful.

Treatment Courses-

We are aware that sometime we need a few sessions closer together so we have packaged a few of our treatments at a special discounted rate and are available in a pre paid course.

Courses available for CACI, Nu Era, all Massage, Espa & Clarins Facials

All Courses booked are non refundable. If required a credit note will be placed on your account.
If you do not show up for one of your scheduled appointments or cancel on the day it will automatically be deducted from your course.
The discounted treatment is applied after the 5th or 10th treatment has been performed.

All treatments must be pre booked and paid for in full.

The purpose of all treatment courses are designed to be redeemed on a scheduled basis, each treatments no more than 4 weeks apart.

for example course 6 treatments – redeem up to 6 months from 1st appointment date.

Non completion within the time scheduled may result in the loss of the discounted rate.

Cancellation policy-

We understand that occasionally our clients need to rearrange, adjust or cancel their appointments.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment alterations or cancellations this includes changing the treatment required or the amount of treatments scheduled.

This 48hr policy is regardless of circumstance. We as a business cannot be responsible for your reasons for cancelling.

It is difficult for us to fill the appointment time or offer it to another client with a shorter notice period.

If this period is less than 48 hours You will be charged the full cost of the treatments booked.

Booking Fee-

You may be asked for a non-refundable booking fee of 50% (of the total cost) for all appointment bookings over two hours, booked on the same day or group bookings.

Vouchers –

May be used against any beauty treatment or product at a higher price than the face value, no change will be given for purchases below face value but the remaining balance may be credited to your account for future use.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

Virgo Beauty is under no obligation to replace or refund lost vouchers or to honour vouchers that are damaged or altered.

Vouchers valid for six months from the date of purchase.
